The BP Industrial Park is made up of 12 units of semi-detached factory and 2 units of bungalow factory, both at 2 storeys. Situated in Sri Gading, an industrial region within Batu Pahat infamous for attracting investments from foreigners to do business locally as well as having many listed companies.

A modern industrial design is proposed for the industrial park, representing the goals it seeks to achieve by utilizing its strategic location at the center of Johor and aiming at becoming a transportation hub to facilitate business and goods delivery connecting central Malaysia to the southern region, between Kuala Lumpur to Kulai through Batu Pahat. The result of the proposal is a direct response to the increasing demand for factory spaces as well as an interpretation of the industrial potential of Sri Gading.
